    We focus on the offshore and shallow water operation scenarios at 0-300 meters underwater, and provide a full-chain solution integrating "detection - inspection - operation - data service", which can efficiently complete tasks such as ship cleaning, underwater inspection, pipeline detection, hull inspection, underwater construction, and emergency rescue. With the advantages of strong anti-interference, high stability and easy operation, it is widely used in marine engineering, port maintenance, fishery breeding, offshore security and other fields, solving the problems of offshore underwater operations with technological innovation and empowering the high-quality development of the marine economy.

    Deep Sea Exploration

    Focusing on the extreme environment of the 10,000-meter deep sea, we build a high-end deep sea detection and operation equipment system, which can complete complex tasks such as deep-sea geological exploration, biological resource investigation, marine environment monitoring, and deep-sea equipment operation and maintenance. With the goal of breaking through deep-sea technical barriers, we provide "reliable, accurate and efficient" deep-sea exploration equipment and solutions for the fields of marine scientific research, deep-sea resource development, and deep-sea security, help human beings expand the boundary of deep-sea cognition, tap the value of deep-sea resources, and promote the deep-sea exploration and development cause to a new height.

Recently, Forbes China officially released its “2024 Forbes China Innovators” list, spotlighting influential and representative figures in China's core technology innovation sectors. Chen Xiaobo, a 2007 undergraduate alumnus from the School of Information and Communication Engineering and a 2011 master's alumnus from the School of Intelligent Engineering at Harbin Engineering University, founder of Seahi Robotics, was honored on the Forbes China Innovators list.

As a technology leader with 18 years of deep expertise in underwater robotics, Chen Xiaobo is a recipient of the “Young Scientist of the Ocean Power” title. He has won the First Prize for National Defense Science and Technology Progress and secured three consecutive championships at the China Robot Competition. To date, he holds over 50 national patents, with core technologies spanning critical domains such as full-water-depth robotic propulsion systems and intelligent navigation algorithms. 


Chen Xiaobo founded Seahi Intelligent, which specializes in the independent R&D, production, sales, and service of marine robots and intelligent unmanned equipment. Its marine general-purpose robots are designed to achieve super productivity at depths ranging from 0 to 10,000 meters underwater. Deployed in multiple domestic ports, these robots can be applied in scenarios such as unmanned vessels, transportation, cleaning, resource exploration, and infrastructure maintenance. They will significantly advance the marine economy and contribute to China's goal of becoming a maritime power.
