Recently, Wang Qingwang, Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the Beijing Municipal HRSSB), along with Liu Honglang, Director of the Office; Han Yuchuan, Director of the Research Office and Director of the Science Research Institute; Jiang Tiance, Director of the Employment Promotion Division; Director of the Vocational Capacity Development Division Wang Xi, Director of the Publicity Center Zhang Rui, along with Fengtai District Deputy Party Secretary and Acting District Chief Zhang Yanlin, District Government Party Leadership Group Member Cui Xianghua, Fengtai District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Party Secretary and Director Qu Feng, Wangzuo Town Party Secretary Xiao Bin, and Deputy Party Secretary and Town Chief Ding Wenhui, conducted a research visit to Seahi Intelligent. Wang Qingwang first toured the product exhibition center of Seahi Intelligent, gaining detailed insights into the company's core technologies and R&D achievements in marine general-purpose robotics and intelligent unmanned equipment. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in surface/subsurface intelligent equipment, Seahi Intelligent has established an integrated industrial ecosystem encompassing R&D, production, and services. Its technologies are applied across multiple fields including deep-sea exploration and low-carbon intelligent shipping. Wang Qingwang stated that the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will continue to closely monitor the development progress of key technology-based enterprises, continuously optimize service models, and provide precise, efficient, and pragmatic human resources and social security support to help Beijing's artificial intelligence industry accelerate its growth and achieve new breakthroughs.

Chen Xiaobo extended a warm welcome to Wang Qingwang and his delegation. He outlined the company's development journey, technological applications, and talent development initiatives, expressing gratitude for the support from municipal and district human resources departments. He pledged to increase R&D investment while collaborating with the government on vocational skills training programs to cultivate more high-caliber technical professionals for Beijing's artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing industries.

Qu Feng stated that Fengtai District will continue optimizing the business environment to provide tailored services for enterprises. Regarding talent, policies like the “Fengze Plan” will be implemented to assist companies in recruiting high-end professionals. For industrial support, government-enterprise collaboration will be strengthened to promote the commercialization of scientific achievements, helping enterprises grow stronger and larger.
