CCTV Praises Seahi "Orca" Marine Robot for Taking Center Stage

Recently, Seahi Robotics was invited to participate in the 28th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo (CHITEC). Taking center stage at the China National Convention Center, the "Orca" marine robot became the focal point of the entire event, garnering dedicated coverage and high praise from CCTV News as a true "Marine Superman."

The "Orca" marine embodied robot serves as a full-stack, general-purpose platform built upon Seahi's six globally pioneering and entirely in-house developed core systems. Spanning propulsion, control, sensing, navigation, waterproof sealing, and deployment & recovery, these six systems are fully controllable and independent—from underlying hardware to top-level algorithms. This end-to-end technical closed loop enables the "Orca" to withstand extreme marine challenges—including strong waves, currents, surges, high salinity, high pressure, and severe corrosion—and execute stable, highly precise operations even in heavy currents.

 

Highly versatile and scalable, Seahi's marine embodied robot can rapidly adapt to a diverse range of operational scenarios, including offshore photovoltaics, offshore wind power, subsea cables, marine ranching, and hull cleaning.
