The proceeds from these rounds will be strategically allocated across four key directions: core technology R&D, product iteration of marine embodied technologies, global market expansion, and industrial ecosystem building. These investments will further solidify Seahi Robotics's leadership in global marine embodied robotics, accelerate the transition of marine technology from "technological breakthroughs" to "scaled commercialization," and support the execution of China's national "Maritime Power" strategy.

Guided by the Maritime Power Strategy, A Trillion-RMB Blue Economy Takes Off

With the implementation of the "Maritime Power" strategy and the advancement of the 15th Five-Year Plan, the marine economy has become an important national strategic direction. In March this year, Qiushi magazine published an important article by President Xi Jinping titled "Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Marine Economy," which emphasized that marine economic development must adhere to innovation-driven growth, accelerate breakthroughs in key core technologies, and promote the high-quality development of shipping and marine engineering equipment industries.

Demand across scenarios such as marine engineering, offshore renewable energy, vessel operation and maintenance (O&M), and underwater security is rapidly releasing. Marine embodied robotics is transitioning from scenario exploration into a critical phase of scaled application.

Relying on long-term technological accumulation, Seahi has built a comprehensive intelligent robotics matrix that covers all water depths. It addresses critical, high-demand scenarios including vessel hull cleaning, offshore wind power, marine photovoltaics, marine ranching, ocean engineering, resource exploration, and scientific research. Built around three core characteristics—" Full-Stack In-House R&D, Closed-Loop Scenarios, and a Generalized Platform"—Seahi now holds over 400 intellectual property rights. By achieving complete self-reliance across six core systems, Seahi has constructed deep technological barriers, enabling true domestic autonomy in core marine robotics technologies. Dedicated to its mission of "Building 0–10,000m Marine Super Productivity," Seahi focuses on the R&D, manufacturing, and industrial solutions of marine embodied robotics to inject strong momentum into the upgrade of the marine industry.

Equal Focus on Technical Barriers & Commercial Closed-Loops: Full-Stack In-House R&D Defines Industry Standards

Seahi Robotics's market leadership stems from a development paradigm that deeply couples cutting-edge technological R&D with hard-tech commercial deployment.

The real ocean is far from a calm laboratory testing tank. Unceasing waves, currents, and surges, coupled with high salinity, high pressure, and severe corrosion, constantly erode equipment. Seahi confronts these extreme conditions—raging wind and waves, complex current fields, near-zero-visibility "blind box" waters, extreme salt corrosion rates, and heavy biofouling—using them as a proving ground for technological evolution.

Driven by these challenges, Seahi pioneered full-stack in-house R&D across six core systems: propulsion, control, sensing, navigation, waterproof sealing, and dynamic deployment. This ensures precise robotic operation in strong currents exceeding 3 knots, offering over 5x the anti-current capability of traditional solutions. Seahi also solved visual imaging bottlenecks in highly turbid waters, significantly increasing the industry's highest cleaning efficiency while ensuring zero paint damage. This system-level innovation sets an industry benchmark for 10,000-hour reliable operation in deep-sea environments.

Concurrently, Seahi's product iterations and scenario expansions continue to accelerate.

Orca Pro: Iterated in just 2 months to transition from vessel cleaning to marine photovoltaics.

Offshore Wind Adaptation: Adapted within a cycle of just 1 month.

Orca Mini: Iterated in 21 days, reducing the Bill of Materials (BOM) cost by 60%.

Seahi's business layout is accelerating:

· Vessel Cleaning: Achieved a scaled commercial closed loop with a 90% intelligent operation ratio, enabling largely automated ship hull cleaning and liberating human labor.

· Marine Photovoltaics: Developed the "Orca Pro" to tackle mudflat challenges such as turbid water and low visibility. Featuring real-time precision positioning, underwater wireless charging, obstacle avoidance, and turbid water recognition, it won a bid for a CNNC (China National Nuclear Corporation) project and entered nuclear power plant inspection operations.

· Strategic Scenario Reserves: Leveraging a flexible technical architecture, Seahi's marine embodied robots are highly generalized, scalable, and rapidly adaptable. Operations have expanded to offshore wind power, subsea pipelines, and port pile foundation inspections, while technological reserves have been established for deep-sea mineral exploration and subsea data center O&M.

A Global Vision: Heading into the Deep Blue Together

Seahi recognizes that marine technology relates not only to industrial upgrading, but also to national strategies and the future of humanity. This financing round represents market affirmation of Seahi's technological roadmap, product value, and commercial model, as well as capital's confidence in the marine tech sector and Seahi's core strength.

Currently, Seahi Robotics has established deep collaborations with domestic and international port groups and marine research institutions. Its products are exported to multiple countries and regions, accelerating the construction of a global marine embodied robotics ecosystem.

Looking forward, Seahi Robotics will continue to cultivate the field of marine embodied intelligence, break boundaries through technological innovation, create value through scenario deployment, and explore the deep sea with hard tech—supporting the high-quality development of China's marine economy!
