Founder Chen Xiaobo won the first prize in the High-End Equipment category

for his project

“Specialized Aquatic Robots and Embodied Intelligence Core Equipment”

This is the only award-winning project from Kunshan


The Jiangsu Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is the province's longest-running and most influential provincial-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship event. It aims to encourage overseas returnees to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship in fields such as next-generation information technology, biomedicine, high-end medical devices, advanced equipment, new materials, and new energy. After fierce competition, Chen Xiaobo's project stood out, demonstrating his profound expertise in the development of aquatic special-purpose robots.

Chen Xiaobo is an expert in surface and underwater robotics and intelligent equipment. He has been honored as a 2024 Marine Power Youth Scientist and received the First Prize of the National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award. He was also selected for the China Association for Science and Technology's “Science and Technology Innovation China” Young Entrepreneurs List. In May 2023, he founded Seahi Intelligent in Huqiao Economic Development Zone, specializing in the R&D and sales of unmanned vessels and intelligent equipment. The company is dedicated to providing communication relay services for low-altitude flight operations.

Seahi Intelligent actively explores the research, manufacturing, and maintenance of surface and underwater unmanned special equipment, striving to play a pivotal role in the industrialization of full-water-domain robotics and contribute to China's ambition of becoming a maritime power. Notably, the company's participation in formulating the national industry standard “Technical Specifications for Autonomous Unmanned Vessel Operation in Marine Pastures” further solidifies its leadership position within the sector.


Recently, at the 2024 Zhongguancun Forum series of events, Seahi Intelligent was honored with the “Asia Pioneer Award.” Furthermore, Seahi Intelligent, alongside domestic industry representatives such as Aerospace Times Feipeng, jointly initiated the formation of the “Unmanned Systems Intelligent Control and Management Ecosystem Alliance” to advance technological innovation and collaboration in the unmanned systems sector.
