From September 24 to 26, the highly anticipated national finals of the “China Innovation Wings” Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition were successfully held. Seahi Intelligent secured the first prize in the national finals, achieving the highest overall score nationwide.
The China Innovation Wings Entrepreneurship Competition is a national-level entrepreneurship contest held biennially. Co-organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Communist Youth League of China, and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, it stands as China's highest-level, largest-scale, most far-reaching, and most influential entrepreneurship event. Guided by the national innovation-driven development strategy, employment-first strategy, and talent-driven national development strategy, the competition is dedicated to encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship, further fostering new productive forces for the new era.

The national finals of this year's “China Innovation Wings” Entrepreneurship Competition were jointly hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the People's Government of Shanxi Province in the ancient city of Datong. Attendees included Yu Jiadong, Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Security; Zhao Hongyan, Vice Governor of Shanxi Province; Lu Dongliang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Datong Municipal Party Committee; Wang Wendu, Party Secretary of the National Talent Mobility Center; Yang Gangji, Director of the National Talent Mobility Center; Cao Rongxiang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanxi Provincial Government; Chang Jianzhong, Director of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security; and leaders from relevant departments of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

Since its launch, the “China Innovation Wings” Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition has attracted over 50,000 projects from 34 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide. These projects span industries including high-end equipment, artificial intelligence, robotics, green economy, and healthcare. After rigorous screening and intense competition, 461 projects advanced to the national selection round, with 150 ultimately qualifying for the national finals. This year's competition was exceptionally fierce, featuring projects such as the Hicool First Prize winner, subsidiaries of central state-owned enterprises, and startups generating billions in revenue. Cao Ying, Co-founder of Seahi Robotics, delivered two rounds of on-site presentations. Seahi Robotics earned unanimous praise from the judges for its top-tier talent team, industry-first innovations, leading hard technology capabilities, and innovative business model. The company secured first place in the national finals and achieved the highest overall score across all competition tracks.

During the competition, Seahi Intelligent was invited to participate in the 10th Anniversary Achievement Exhibition of “China Innovation Wings.” As the sole representative among five nationally selected enterprises in the new quality productive forces sector, Chen Xiaobo, founder of Seahi Intelligent, introduced the company's latest R&D achievements and technological breakthroughs in aquatic special-purpose robots and intelligent unmanned equipment to Yu Jiadong, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
