Party Secretary Gao Yan, President Song Yingdong, and other leaders participated in the series of activities. On the afternoon of July 26, during the working conference of the Harbin Engineering University Alumni Enterprise Alliance, the “Ocean Stars” Alumni Innovative Enterprise Support Program was officially launched.
