Party Secretary Gao Yan, President Song Yingdong, and other leaders participated in the series of activities. On the afternoon of July 26, during the working conference of the Harbin Engineering University Alumni Enterprise Alliance, the “Ocean Stars” Alumni Innovative Enterprise Support Program was officially launched. At the conference, Chen Xiaobo, founder of Seahi Intelligent, was elected as a council member.

At the meeting, the Alliance launched the “Ocean Stars” Alumni Innovation Enterprise Support Program under the Harbin Engineering University Alumni Enterprise Alliance. This initiative aims to implement the alumni work philosophy of “serving alumni's lifelong growth,” pool alumni resources, support alumni enterprises, promote resource sharing and exchange, and lead alumni businesses toward mutual assistance, shared benefits, and collective success. The plan includes sections on background and significance, objectives and expected outcomes, enterprise evaluation criteria and procedures, eligibility requirements for participating enterprises, support measures, and assessment of future development achievements. It supports Harbin Engineering University alumni enterprises with innovation needs through funding guidance and project support, technical guidance and innovation assistance, market expansion and brand building, talent cultivation and recruitment strategies, as well as policy, regulatory, and legal services.
