Recently, Professor Zhang Xun, Co-founder and Chief Scientist of Seahi and Deputy Director of the Zhuzhou Beidou Research Institute, was invited to attend the Zhuzhou Emergency Field Planning Exchange Meeting. This exchange meeting focused on the needs of Zhuzhou's emergency sector and advanced the implementation of large-scale Beidou applications in emergency response.

Director Wang Zhongfan of the Zhuzhou Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, General Manager Liu Junyu of China Tower Zhuzhou Company, heads of various departments, Researcher Chi Tianhe (President of Zhuzhou Beidou Spatial-Temporal Information Research Institute), Secretary-General and Assistant President Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary-General Li Tao, and Director Liu Yalan of the Aerospace Innovation Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences participated in the exchange and discussions.
Recently, Seahi partnered with the Aerospace Innovation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and others to establish the Beidou Information Research Institute in Zhuzhou. As the permanent venue for the “Beidou Large-Scale Application International Summit,” Zhuzhou received a congratulatory letter from General Secretary Xi Jinping for the inaugural summit. The city's Beidou industry has garnered significant attention from central, provincial, and municipal governments.

Leveraging its technological leadership in all-water-area universal robotics and capitalizing on Zhuzhou's abundant water resources, Seahi collaborates with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to focus on intelligent, unmanned equipment and services for all-water-area applications within the integrated “air-space-land-water” industry. Building upon the “Ancestral Earth” platform developed by the Academy's Institute of Aerospace and Geoinformation, the partnership promotes the comprehensive application of BeiDou technology across water environments—including monitoring and remediation, emergency rescue, flood control, and disaster relief.
