Recently, Ms. Cao Ying, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Seahi, visited Harbin Engineering University. During her visit, Ms. Cao toured the recruitment fair for five northeastern universities and held discussions and cooperation talks with relevant leaders and professors from the School of Information and Communication Engineering, the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, the E-Wei Technology Association, and the Harbin Engineering University Alumni Association.

Harbin Engineering University is the cradle of talent for China's “Three Seas and One Nuclear” sectors (shipbuilding industry, naval equipment, marine development, and nuclear energy applications). Its predecessor was the Naval Engineering Department of Harbin Military Engineering University. As the sole university honored with the Outstanding Contribution Award for Aircraft Carrier Construction, it welcomed President Xi Jinping during its 70th anniversary celebration on September 7, 2023. President Xi reviewed the university's development journey and its contributions to China's national defense science and technology endeavors, inspected teaching and research achievements, and encouraged the institution to: Carry forward the fine traditions of Harbin Military Engineering University, closely align with the needs of national rejuvenation and military modernization, and make new contributions to building China into a powerhouse in education, science and technology, and talent development.

Seahi has established comprehensive and in-depth collaborations with multiple departments and research institutes at Harbin Engineering University, including the School of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, the School of Intelligent Science and Engineering, the School of Information and Communication Engineering, the School of Underwater Acoustics Engineering, the Qingdao Innovation Development Base, and the Yantai Research Institute. Together, they are jointly building a world-leading strategic scientific and technological force across all aquatic domains.
