Secretary Cao Huiquan extended a warm welcome to Researcher Chi Tianhe from the CAS Institute of Aerospace Engineering, Chen Xiaobo, Chairman of Seahi, and Liu Wei, General Manager of Space-Time Beidou. Secretary Cao outlined the development of Zhuzhou's Beidou industry, emphasizing the central government's strong commitment to advancing Beidou's industrialization and large-scale application. As the permanent venue for the “Beidou Large-Scale Application International Summit,” Zhuzhou hosted the inaugural summit with an opening address by General Secretary Xi Jinping. The city's Beidou industry has garnered significant attention from central, provincial, and municipal governments. Secretary Cao extended a warm welcome for the CAS and Seahi to establish their industrial applications in Zhuzhou.

Researcher Chi Tianhe from the CAS Institute of Aerospace and the National Remote Sensing Center outlined their advancements in Beidou applications, promoting the industry through academic research, industrial development, and practical implementation. Plans include establishing a research institute in Zhuzhou to advance integrated Beidou applications across “sky, land, and water.”

Chen Xiaobo, Chairman of Seahi Intelligent, highlighted the company's technological leadership in all-water-area general-purpose robotics. Leveraging Zhuzhou's abundant water resources, Seahi Intelligent will collaborate with CAS to focus on intelligent, unmanned equipment and services for all-water-area applications within the integrated “sky-land-water” industry. This partnership, built upon CASIA's “Ancestral Earth” platform, aims to promote Beidou technology across water environment monitoring and management, emergency rescue, flood control, disaster relief, and other fields.

This inspection and exchange event concluded successfully. The Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to the scaled application of integrated “sky-land-water” BeiDou industries in Zhuzhou, driven by partners including Seahi and CAS ASTE. They are committed to “Sharing BeiDou with the World,” jointly advancing the commercialization, industrialization, and internationalization of BeiDou technology.
