At the China Zhuhai Airshow held on November 12, the Ninth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (Aero-Flying Dragon) jointly proposed with relevant national authorities, alongside leading domestic industry representatives including Seahi Robotics, Aero-Flying Phoenix, and Huawei, to establish the “Unmanned Systems Intelligent Control and Management Ecosystem Alliance.” The parties jointly signed a declaration aiming to pool industry resources with the overarching goal of “promoting intelligent interconnection of unmanned systems and generating systematic operational capabilities.” All alliance members will jointly develop and adopt standardized intelligent control protocols for unmanned systems, standardize communication data transmission methods, enhance information exchange capabilities, and achieve effective integration and mission coordination among diverse unmanned platforms.
Attendees included Li Zhongbao, Chief Engineer of CASC; Wang Yajun, Party Secretary of CASC's Ninth Academy; representatives from relevant national authorities; leading industry enterprises; and overseas delegates. Chen Xiaobo, Founder of Seahi Intelligent, along with co-founders Cao Ying and He Fan, attended the launch ceremony.

The alliance aims to bring together industry experts, enterprises, and government agencies to jointly develop and promote standardized intelligent management and control standards for unmanned systems, driving the standardized and regulated advancement of unmanned system technology. Concurrently, the alliance will strive to foster innovation and application of unmanned system technology, accelerating the rapid development of the low-altitude economy industry.
